Wow!  Great customer service and a great price.  

I was looking for a service that would drop me off at a restaurant and then pick me up afterward.

I found Luxury Tours, and over e-mail, they agreed to to one way routes to and from the restaurant (on Valentine's Day!). They picked us up in a limo, and the driver agreed to allow us to stop at a market to grab some champagne to enjoy our extended ride to the restaurant.  Best of all, the dispatcher (Debbie--Great!) knew that the restaurant was a surprise for my wife, so she suggested that we have the driver pull over to another restaurant so that I could fake out my wife: "Let's go someplace nicer..."  We did, and she loved it!

We just had to call 10 minutes before we wanted to be picked up to get a ride back.  We were promptly picked up by the OWNER in a town car.  He was friendly, easy to talk to, and accommodating.  We wanted another bottle of champagne to celebrate, and he drove us to two markets to find one.

For all this, they gave me a great price, including fuel, tax, and gratuity.  (I tipped some more--how couldn't I?  We got two luxury rides on Valentine's day without paying a 3 hour minimum!)

Great service, great people--just what I needed.

This company was a little hard to find, but definitely a great find.  They were easily the cheapest tour/limo service available in Napa.  Their pricing included EVERYTHING, unlike a lot of the other companies that added on fuel surcharge, gratuity, etc.  

The woman who sets up your package was great, extremely nice and helpful.  We had a nice driver, who suggested places, if he didn't know of one he had a map with all the wineries listed and he even called to book reservations for us.

And the best thing, I left my phone in the limo accidentally.  Our driver and Debbie (the woman who you deal with over the phone) were extremely helpful.  They even delivered it back to the hotel for me in the morning.  I know not many companies would be willing to do that free of charge, just shows how much they go out of their way for their customers.

If and when we do another Napa trip, we will use them again for sure.

There are a ton of limo companies to choose from in Napa/Calistoga; the difference is obtaining a driver who really knows the area and can make recommendations based on your parties' wants.

I found Luxury Tours through the web, and was completely happy with them. I described to the owner the type of wineries we wanted to visit, and he made some excellent recommendations and set up appointments for our tours. Our driver arrived at our hotel right on time, and picked up lunch for us while we were at our first stop. He then took us to a beautiful picnic area, and later recommended a very small, out-of-the way family winery that turned out to be our favorite of the entire trip.

I would definitely choose Luxury Tours again for our next wine tasting experience.

Hands down, the best limo service Napa has to offer.

Customer service is top notch.  Very friendly.  Debbie (she answers all the calls) was awesome.  

Our driver was very friendly, went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.  Very well knowledgeable of all the wineries and surrounding area.  They were also the only "all inclusive" companies that I could find, very reasonable prices which included rental, tax, fuel fee, and gratuity.  I searched all limo services in the area and no one came close to there pricing.  I work in the service industry and was blown away by Luxury Tours.  

I will most surely be using them in the future and and refer them to everyone.
